Holding MA in commercial management from Shahid Beheshti University, Mardasi has been in charge of different posts in ministries of commerce and defense prior to his current post.
His major posts:
-Management of programming at ministry of defense and armed forces 1998-2003
-Management of statistics and informatics at ministry of defense and armed forces 2003-2006
-Management of foreign trade development at Khouzestan Commercial Oranization 2006-2007
and Head of Hamedan Commercial Organization 2007-2009
Feyzollah Arab Sorkhi and Morteza Faraji were previously directors of INCC.
