4-studying, ratifying and supervising required standards in the field of raw materials, dye, loom and tools and ways to execute them
5-compiling and executing control comprehensive plans regarding qualitative and quantitative betterment and standards
6-forming databank of raw materials producers, designers, weavers, etc
7-executing retirement, death and disability insurance law of carpet weavers and carpet weavers' social insurance law
8-cooperating in the compiling of educational content
9-studying, preparing and codifying research topics
10-protecting pioneers of handmade carpet artisan
11-Identifying potentials of different geographic regions to establish carpet weaving complexes and technical, specialized survey of projects offered by applicants
