By the decree issued by Mohammad Bagher A.Alikhani(Head of INCC), Reza Abbasi,new director of INCC was appointed and Hamid Kargar's efforts were appreciated.
Reza Abbasi was born in 1975. He is a graduate of Tehran University in management (MA). Some of his records are as follows:
-editor of the retail industry's first specialized magazine,
-author of the book Successful Sales Techniques,
-translator and collector of the book The Pioneers of the World Retail Industry,
-organizer of sales seminars at chain stores including Iran Carpet Company
-presenter of several papers with the subjects of strategy, pure production and elimination of waste, management paradigms in scientific journals,
-auditor of the quality management system,
-assessor of quality national award EFQM
-holder of award from International Kharazmi Festival
