Ambassador of Iran in Brazil emphasized on the increase of exports to this Latin American country, the sixth biggest economy of the world in a meeting with carpet traders of our country.
Mohammad Ali Ghaneh Zadeh, Ambassador of Iran in Brazil, Mehdi Kateb,deputy director of INCC, members of carpet trade delegation dispatched from INCC and also a group of Iranian traders residing in Brazil surveyed ways to develop handmade carpet exports to Brazil in this meeting in Sao Paulo.
Ghaneh Zadeh associated Persian carpet warp and weft with Iranian culture, history and civilization and stated challenges and opportunities on the way of Persian handmade carpet exports. Referring to factors such as plentiful demand of Brazilian market and economic development of this country, ambassador of Iran considered present status of carpet exports inadequate.
He asked carpet traders to reach consensus over ways to develop handmade carpet exports to Braziland not to let some others to rob Iranian original designs.
